300 X 280 mm Macaron Mat

The Macaron baking mat is a silicone sheet with the shapes of 48 macarons that can be made at the same time. It is totally adaptable and once spread out we only need to pour the amount indicated in the recipe into each shape and put it all into the oven. Silicone prevents the dough from sticking to the surface of the sheet and once baked the macarons can be removed quickly and easily from the mould.

Do's :

• Soak in soapy water to wash after every use

• Don’t use above 230°C
• Don’t use abrasive cleaners
• Don’t use sharp tools in the moulds. This will void the warranty.
