Supa Whipp Powders from Magic Colours is a unique premium quality formulation especially designed for intense colouring in whipped cream. These powder are highly pigmented and can also be used to colour butter cream, fondant, marzipan, flower paste, modelling paste, royal icing, ganache and more.

Method :
Add 0.5 grms of colour in 240ml of whipping cream while whipping. If desired add another 0.25 grms of colour after whipping. The colour will keep deepening with time. However it can be used for frosting and coating immediately and the colour will deepen even after the cake is ready.
PS: The colour does not affect the consistency or taste of the medium.
