How to Enter:

1. Comment, Tag Friends & Share the post shared on Bakerykart Instagram.
2. Share the post on your Instagram Timeline, alongside tag 5 Friends
3. Winners has to share the announcement on their timeline and tag 5 friends.

Prize:

• We will pick up a Lucky Winners & each Lucky Winner get to win a pack each.
• If the Prize is not claimed with seven (7) days after announcement of winners, the Prize will be retracted.
• The Prize is not transferable, is not eligible for refund, and may not be used with any other promotional discount.
• No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted, except that Bakerykart reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value for the Prize.
• The Prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
• The Prize will be shipped within 15 days and winners would be notified by email

General Terms:

• The winners need to post the giveaway either by post or reel on their social media handle.
• Bakerykart reserve the rights to withdraw this contest at any time without any notice.
• This contest is open to residents of India only.
• Employees of Bakerykart and its affiliates/subsidiaries/sellers, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible for this offer.
• Failure by Bakerykart to enforce any of these rules in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Bakerykart decision is final decision and cannot be challenged by any participant by any means.

Identity of Entrant:

If a dispute arises about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Bakerykart with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, etc.

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Contest constitutes permission to use winner"s name, Facebook name, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information in all media now known or later devised throughout the universe in perpetuity for all purposes Bakerykart deems appropriate - including, without limitation, for promotional and publicity purposes - without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any Prize, except where prohibited by law, winner may (in Bakerykart"s sole discretion) be required to execute a written consent, confirming Bakerykart’s right to use such winner’s name, Facebook name, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information without further permission or compensation.
